Our Story
Founded in 1972, the Foundation for Pierce College has been a vital partner in supporting student success and educational excellence for over five decades. What began as a small group of dedicated community members has grown into a dynamic organization that touches the lives of hundreds of students each year.
Throughout our history, we have awarded millions of dollars in scholarships, funded cutting-edge programs and facilities, and created opportunities that have helped thousands of students achieve their dreams. Our success is built on the generosity of our donors, the dedication of our volunteers, and the partnership of the Pierce College community.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we work closely with Los Angeles Pierce College to identify needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure that every dollar donated makes a meaningful impact on student lives. From providing emergency financial assistance to funding state-of-the-art learning facilities, we are committed to removing barriers and creating pathways to success.
